Job Responsibilities-

· Manage the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after getting the requirement from the departments.

· Identifying, acquiring, assessing and hiring candidates to fill open positions within the company.

· Working with the department heads to understand the requirements.

· Bench-marking and screening external candidates and developing high-quality candidate shortlists for Regional Manager review.

· Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position

· Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates

· Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews – if possible

· To ensure that hiring cost is maintained as per hiring budget allocated with proper utilization in best effective manner.

· To ensure that all open positions are closed within time.

· Attracting & sourcing candidates.

· Campus hiring: formulating & implementing fresher hiring plan from the various training institutes.

· Sourcing right candidates from various portals like Naukri/Indeed/Apna jobs/workIndia etc and do regular job posting.

· Working out on employee references, getting the contacts of candidate provider training institutes and other similar to that.

· Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.

· Conducting Interviews & coordinating the entire recruitment and selection process.

· Follow up with candidate and department head to schedule interview.

· Maintain manpower tracking reports and database and sending the weekly recruitment reports to the head & hence keeping track of the recruitment objectives.

· Follow up with all selected candidates till joining time i.e. coordinating for complete joining formalities.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar

· 2-3 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar

Skills and Qualifications

· Work experience in talent acquisition from hotel/restaurant or similar roles

· Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks

· Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

· Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems

· Experience in using LinkedIn/Naukri Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates

· A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company

· Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
