Job Description& Responsibilities:

· Designing and updating job descriptions

· Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally

· Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional

platforms)

· Screening resumes

· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

· Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

· Completing timely reports on employment activity

· Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

· Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

SkillRequirements

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

Experience with sourcing techniques

Interpersonal skills:

GoodVerbal and written communication skills

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate

Job Placement: Ahmedabad Industry: Textile / Apparel / Fashion

Experience: 2-3 years
