  • Ensure compliance with government laws and policies.

Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling, technical job descriptions and personalized job opening emails.

  • Utilize niche platforms for strategic sourcing of potential candidates.
  • Manage company’s social media for enhanced employer branding and wider reach.
  • Efficiently use the Applicant Tracking System for streamlined recruitment processes.
