- Proficient in HRMS software for streamlined HR processes and data management.
- Efficiently manage employee leave requests and maintain streamlined HR procedures.
- Collaborate with management to draft and align company policies with organizational goals.
- Provide motivational support to employees, encouraging continuous growth and improvement.
- Organize and lead engagement events and initiatives to create a positive work culture.
- Ensure compliance with government laws and policies.
Recruitment Responsibilities:
- Craft compelling, technical job descriptions and personalized job opening emails.
- Manage job listings on various platforms to attract a diverse candidate pool.
- Utilize niche platforms for strategic sourcing of potential candidates.
- Manage company’s social media for enhanced employer branding and wider reach.
- Efficiently use the Applicant Tracking System for streamlined recruitment processes.
- Skilfully shortlist candidates based on qualifications and potential fit.
- Conduct pre-screening calls and thorough background checks.
- Conduct interviews using various methods to identify top talent.
- Collaborate with department leads to understand hiring needs and goals.
- Participate in networking events to build a strong professional network.
- Lead campus recruitment efforts, representing the company and identifying promising talent.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires.
