Roles and Responsibilities:
- Consistently recruiting excellent staff.
- Maintaining a smooth onboarding process and Joining formalities.
- Maintaining Master data and personal Files of employee
- Training, counseling and coaching our staff.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
- Conducting performance and wage reviews.
- Developing and implementing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
- Creating clear and concise reports.
- Knowledge of Compliances PF, ESIC, PT, etc.
- Giving helpful and engaging presentations.
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Leave, Attendance and Payroll Management
- Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
- Leading a team of junior HR
Experience: 5Years of experience into any Healthcare.
