Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role located in Shirur Park, Vidyanagar, Hubli. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic HR guidance to support the company’s growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
