Responsible for Buying Indirect materials and supporting plant purchase activities

  • RFQ, Quote, Negotiation, & procurement control as per company guidelines.
  • Manage issue of P.O & material delivery as per policy.
  • Management reporting on monthly basis for concerned tasks/ KPI
  • Cost Saving projects in various categories of products required in shop floor and others .
  • RFQ, Negotiation, Capex Procurement approval, Capex Tracking for balance value of Capex, Capex Reporting
  • Controlling Bids call, Negotiation & Contract issuance, follow up till scrap sale
  • Exploring new supplier & development till handing over to concerned deptt., Negotiation, Quality assurance
  • Manage capacity for all IDM commodities.
  • Contracts, Agreements with service providers.
  • Budgetary for GKN
  • Any special projects from time to time.
