We are looking for a Study Visa Counselor with in-depth knowledge of student counseling for Canada/UK/Australia/New Zealand.

Must possess excellent Sales & Communication Skills.
Only experienced candidates are required with industry & role-specific experience.
Experience in another role or industry might not be acceptable.
No freshers.

Job Responsibilities:

Handling student walk-ins for international study destinations, effectively address their queries regarding Studying abroad and provide comprehensive consultancy with end-to-end solutions.
Attain a complete understanding of Students’ eligibility & suggest the most appropriate Country, Course, and University/College.
Provide detailed and accurate information regarding Admission and Visa documentation and other mandatory requirements.
Give clear and accurate information based on the study abroad options, visa laws.
Guide students in identifying and building a career path.
Follow up with students via emails and phone calls.
Be responsible for all aspects of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
Stay updated with all changes in policies, procedures & requirements for destination countries.
Ability to generate Walk-ins and Leads through social media leads.
Must have the ability to generate sales and business.
The candidate should have a pleasing personality with effective convincing and selling skills.
Excellent Communication (English, Hindi, and Punjabi) & Interpersonal Skills to build a strong rapport with the students/clients.
Responsible and motivated to give your best.
Ability to perform under pressure, adhere to timelines and achieve targets.
Knowledge of filing & admissions will be an extra advantage.
