We are currently hiring Sales positions for Exide Life Insurance

Position : Agency Development Manager/Sales Manager/Officer/Relationship Manager - Agency Channel, Direct Channel, Banca Channel, Brooking channel Exide Life Insurance

Required : 10+2+3 or graduates, localities, open to front line sales 30 percent hike on last salary

Eligibility : The only criteria is candidate genuinely willing to do sales

Direct Channel : Increase top of the funnel by driving periodic activities to generate the prospect base through natural market, RD support corporate work sites To contact the qualified prospects on an ongoing basis to maximize face-to-face meetings with the prospects Adopt a need based selling approach (basis the financial Needs Analysis), catering to the customer’s profile and his/her needs Rigorous timely follow- up on all prospects that are in the work in progress stage. Update enrich prospect information in the leads Management System.

Agency Channel : Primary Responsibility is to recruit agents as per plan activate agents on a monthly basis as per given plan . Ensure Active Adviser productivity is maintained as per the plan Understand, Monitor Develop the Agents and ensure that they meet the Career Progression.
