JOB DESCRIPTION

Coordinating with Exports team to get the timely update of shipments.
Coordinating with CHA for customer Clearance activities.
Coordinating with Co-loaders for stuffing details , on board confirmation
Auditing S/bill check list and providing approval to CHA
Preparation of DSR and sending to customer on daily basis
Follow up with Dispatch team to pick up the cargo
Coordinating with Transporter for arranging the vehicles as per dispatch plan received from the customers.
Preparing KPI Report for review with customers.
Preparing DG Declaration for Hazardous shipments.
Preparing Non-hazardous & Vgm (Verified Gross Mass)
Preparing Bill of Lading through System.
Coordinating with Export team for B/L corrections and providing final approval
Providing Vessel schedule to customer
Submission of Post shipment documents (s/bill, B/L) to customers
Submission of Invoices to customer for payment
Follow up with customer for payment as per agreed credit terms
Prepares Generalized System of Preferences and issuance of Indian Merchant Chamber
Prepare Monthly Billing Report
Prepare Monthly Tonnage Report
Preparing Landing certificate of Air/Ocean.
Uploading Documents in EDI system.
Booking done through DHLI system.
Successfully completed GTMS-CW1 (CARGOWISE ONE) March 2019
VGM done filling through ODEX SYSTEM
Arranging booking copy for various port.

Job Requirements:
Prefer at least two (3) years of experience handling import/export trafficking functions with a freight forwarder/broker.
Prefer two (3) to three (4) years of experience in customer service duties.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Good communication and organization skills and a strong attention to detail are required.
The ability to work on a team and leadership experience is strongly desired.
Candidate should have the ability to learn various computer programs.

Salary- 18 k to 25 K ( negotiable as per experience and interview)
