Your Role and Responsibilities

Advanced experience with Dell EMC VMAX and XremIO, Pure All Flash Array, Hitachi VSP and HUS, HPE 3Par and Nimble arrays, Kyndryl 9000 series array, including a good understanding of various components. Also advanced experience with Cisco/Brocade fiber channel switches. Needs to have working experience with VMware, Windows and various Linux/Unix operating systems. Solid understanding of the various processes required by the products for maintaining and troubleshooting. Position requires a deep understanding of AOTS-TM/CM processes and procedures required by AT&T and a good understanding of Unix/Linux commands pertaining to SAN storage and host performance. Very good communication skills (written & oral) are required.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Implementation and installation of new storage/SAN products.
Provisioning and deprovisioning of storage capacity via scripts, automation, CLI or GUI
SAN & Fabric zoning & configuration
Support for storage management alerting, tooling and servers Infrastructure microcode and firmware maintenance Infrastructure security management.
Capacity management of thin provisioning to ensure overwrite percentages are not exceeded by migrating data across enterprise to load balance arrays.
Performance troubleshooting and tuning to ensure client app requirements.
