The Role

  • The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for contacting and building relationships with existing and new customers to secure Equipment Sales Revenue (Printers). Depending upon the customer engagement, the role involves up-selling customers and/or identifying potential expansion opportunities.
  • Additionally, the Inside Sales Rep. will be responsible for providing sales forecasts, contacting customers over phone for Printer Business, creating quotes, doing Follow ups, getting Purchase Order, processing through CRM, collecting payment, ensuring billing and updating customer, precisely END to END sales cycle.
  • Working and maintaining records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system as per organization s guidelines. This is a highly incentive driven role.

What you will do

  • Achieve your quota by selling Equipment s/Printers for MI selected group of customers and offer upsell opportunities when applicable
  • Capture customers conversation/ comments/remarks/update in CRM for analysis
  • The Inside sales representative will own and Work within an assigned list of customers across Pan India / allocated geographies for Printer Sales
  • Develop the expertise to provide accurate monthly/ quarterly sales forecast and achieving Sales target week by week, month by month and quarter by quarter
  • Managing Accounts for Business revenue with the help of CRM and proactively working on the Opportunity pipeline and updating it with the progress
  • Work proactively, well in advance of respective Sales to provide all the information, pricing, and solutions etc so that a customer would need in order to execute a purchase
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments (inter intra like Lead generation team, Presales, Customer care team, Technical support team etc.) to optimize sales processes, End to End Sales cycle
  • Identify lead generation opportunities in order to expand the territory and drive upsells
  • Customer contacts through phone and email each day for driving sales. Inside Sales representative are not expected to travel to customer places / field.
  • Effectively partner and build relationships with internal and external customers
  • Ability to have an eye for data analysis and drive business metrics.

What you need to have

  • 5 to 8 years experience working in a technical support profile with good knowledge of all Coding and Marking products technologies in Markem-Imaje.
  • Passion for selling in B2B environment. Previous sales experience is an advantage.
  • A team player, managing End to End Sales cycle by communicating remotely with customers.
  • Must have worked in CRM.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Aptitude to learn new technology is required
  • Must be able to apply product knowledge
  • Must have excellent communication skills Hindi, English (verbal, written) or any other Regional language
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
