  • Looking for someone who has knowledge about production and manufacturing. Experience in people management with leadership skills focusing on hire and develop the best, be curious, making cost effective decisions and leading the team. The candidate should also have knowledge about sales and marketing
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible to make daily and weekly goals for the team will be responsible of having monthly productivity conversations with the team. The candidate will be leading and pushing the employees to achieve their targets
  • The candidate should have background in engineering and manufacturing of EV batteries. Also background in management roles is must. Optional: Marketing and sales experience knowledge
  • This role is learning about the overall operations of the company and the industry. The candidate will have opportunities to lead the team and lead more teams in the future
  • The company is part of a market which is upcoming and growing rapidly. The candidate will have the opportunity to show their skills and knowledge and learn and grow and improve their leadership skills by leading a team and also leading the business as a secondary Minimum 2-14 years of relevant experience.
