Position Summary:
Works internally and with customer organizations to develop, write, and edit technical documentation using a variety of formats. Ensures that the documentation is written clearly and suited to the needs of the customer’s users, whose technical product knowledge ranges from limited to highly proficient.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review documentation and perform edits to improve formatting, document flow, technical content, and graphics/diagrams of Cisco DevNet Docs.
  • Edit developer documentation including tutorials and reference information.
  • Ensure high-quality content with many authors contributing by using processes to ensure publishing workflows work well.
  • Provide support to writers and technical users for publishing content on developer.cisco.com and learninglabs.cisco.com.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills required.
  • Proven results-oriented problem-solving abilities required.
