Salary – 20-22k

Job Location - Tumb, Gujarat.

IMMEDIATE JOINING

Qualification - Graduate

Location prefer - Umbergaon, Gujarat.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Practical work knowledge of Import documentation and export documentation
Encode all reports required by the system.
Performs the necessary filing.
Assists in documentation control.
Knowledge of excel
Knowledge of jewellery handling
Co-ordinating with the team complete the production
Updating the data for the entry of raw material.
Process and examine required import/export shipping documents as per rules and regulations.
Sending the shipping related documents to the customers.
Follow up with customers and freight forwarder for Import/Export shipments and must know the status of all shipments.
Maintaining the Inward-Outward reports of material.
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control
Collect and compare physical sample to check quality.
Ensure proper completion of documentation to place an order for stocking purposes.
Generate a report & record for material received and delivered concerns.
