Job Purpose:


Specialist, Application service is responsible for delivering application services across company, including as major areas

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitors/manages service levels and manages the global application support, training and data maintenance operation

Coordinates with company global application key user communities and helps to set up new ones as required

Jointly, with the company user/key user community, defines standards and measures for quality and customer satisfaction

requirements.

Identify and execute improvement initiatives to support optimum application utilization

Responsible to manage application releases and proper handover to support

Desired Candidate Profile


  • 10 years experience and success in a relevant context
  • Good process knowledge of valve industry and operations
  • Multinational project and operational management experience
  • Interpersonal skills with service mindset
  • Experience in ERP (Infor M3) will be a Mandatory
