Greetings of the day!!!


We are looking for Experienced dynamic, enthusiastic, talented professionals for the requirement of Drawing & Engineering at JSPL, Angul.


Experience : 5+ years

Location : Angul

Salary : Negotiable


Educational Qualification : Diploma/ B.Tech


Key Roles and Responsibilities :


Steel Melting Shop (BOF, EAF, LRF, VD,) in Erection, Commissioning and Mechanical Maintenance

Responsibility of Mechanical Shift in charge of Oxygen Electric Arc Furnace (250 T), Ladle Reheating Furnace, Material Handling System for EAF & BOF , Vacuum Degasser, Hot DRI feeding Systems & Granshot Granulation system, Fuem extraction system etc.

Preventive & Corrective maintenance of EAF (250 T), LRF, MHS, Vacuum Degasser, Hot DRI feeding Systems, Granshot Granulation system, Fume Extraction System, Pre-heaters, Ladles & Auxiliaries.

Erection & commissioning of Steel cord Conveyors 1200 mm (Material Handling System), De-dusting System , Nitrogen Purging System, HDRI feeding system, Granshot granulation system etc.

Planning for Shutdown maintenance & Planned modification/Rectification of any equipment.

Periodic checks including condition monitoring of all equipments to ensure efficient functioning.

Planning for procurement of Spare parts for smooth production of individual units and to avoid unnecessary breakdown.

Readiness of spare parts from all aspect for immediate replacement.
