Job description of Area Business Head - Life Insurance - Bancassurance

Recruitment of Sales Managers, training and driving them towards developing life insurance business in their assigned Territory
Maintaining and nurturing relationships with Branch managers and staff of the Branch
Visiting the branches frequently with SMs and meeting prospective HNI customers.
Announcing schemes towards driving the business in line with Management targets.
Spreading positive energy
Subject matter and process flow expert..
Better Team Management, Customer Relationship Management.
Retaining employees

Selection Criteria

Graduate
Min 4-5 years of Life Insurance Sales in the Bancassurance Channel with team handling Experience of 1-2 years.
Having good performance track in the current and previous organizations.
Consistency in overall employment tenure is mandatory.
Possessing good leadership skills.
