Job Description: Sales Analyst (Regional Language) For Tele Sales

About the Company:

and worthwhile. Working on a transactional and fulfilment marketplace model, Spinny is the go-to
platform for buying and selling used cars. Offering convenient transactions to the customers, Spinny
has become the Indian pre-owned car segment that holds a lot of potential and has been getting
tremendous attention lately. Our corporate office is in Gurugram and we are currently operational in
Delhi/NCR with five retail locations, in Bangalore with two retail locations and recently set up our
operations in Hyderabad. The future plan is to expand operations to all major cities of India and deliver
the best in class service to all car buyers.


Background and Key Team Members:
Spinny was founded by Niraj Singh, Mohit Gupta, and Ramanshu Mahaur in 2015 and since then we
have taken strong steps in building a business model that is niche and offers the best sustainability to
all. We are backed and funded by Accel Partners and Saif Partners and closed our Series A funding
with them in early 2019. We have onboarded some of key core members from Flipkart, Airtel, Zostel,
Jabong, and Accenture & we are hiring rapidly to expand our business.


Future Plans
Spinny aspires to acquire four to five percent of the used car market share by 2020 and envisions
cementing its market leadership position slowly but steadily. With Spinny, true convenience, complete
transparency and supreme satisfaction for all is now a reality in the pre-owned car market.


Job Description
• Work on sales leads to take inbound and outbound calls to consult customers on pre-owned cars
• Work with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable options for them
• Schedule customer visits at retail hubs for the hub teams to take it further
• Be a customer champion by ensuring superb experience with Spinny.


Requirements
• Sales Consultants are expected to be go-getters who are agile and high on energy
• Fluent verbal communication skills in Regional Language (Bengali & Telugu ) & English
• Must have good analytical skills
• Should be persistent, smart and quick to respond to customers
• Must be willing to learn about automobiles


Educational Qualification/Experience
• Bachelors in any discipline


Career Growth
• Sales Consultants who are consistent performers will be given the opportunity to move to a Team
Leader role if necessary, criteria is met.
