Roles and Responsibilities

  • Will be responsible for onboarding New Business Development.
  • Nurturing and growing an account.
  • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn
  • to competition.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of client’s needs and requirements and preparing
  • customized solutions.
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions
  • that meet their objectives.
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Compiling reports on account progress.
  • Working goals, and forecasts.
  • Negotiating on GRI (General Rate Increase)
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints

Key Account Manager Requirements:
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Goal-oriented, organized team player
  • Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
  • Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
  • Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree Or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Four to five years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account
  • management, or relevant experience
