Roles and Responsibilities
- Will be responsible for onboarding New Business Development.
- Nurturing and growing an account.
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn
- to competition.
- Developing a thorough understanding of client’s needs and requirements and preparing
- customized solutions.
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions
- that meet their objectives.
- Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
- Compiling reports on account progress.
- Working goals, and forecasts.
- Negotiating on GRI (General Rate Increase)
- Resolving key client issues and complaints
Key Account Manager Requirements:
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
- Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree Or Master’s degree preferred.
- Four to five years’ previous work experience in sales, management, key account
- management, or relevant experience
