Job Summary

The Lead Programme Controls and Cost Manager in conjunction with the Team Leader, super heads Project Implementation
  • Setting up the Programme control system, integrate costs and schedules, track budgets and timelines, assess project status and issue Monthly Reports.
  • Preparing work orders. Working with the procurement / contracts / finance teams to assess progress and provide reports.
  • Supporting stakeholder management effort.
  • Overseeing estimations and coordinating with the scheduler.
  • Overseeing risk management and change management.
  • Monitoring change orders, claims and cost estimates.
  • Skilled in the development of commercial strategies. Capable of participating in negotiations.
  • Requires a demonstrated ability to effectively lead the project controls function on a large/complex project.

Leadership
  • Documents employee performance issues and is instrumental in resolution.

Organizational Management
  • Conducts root cause analysis.

Minimum Requirements
  • Graduate in Civil Engineering with 20 plus years of work experience in Healthcare projects
  • Active Registration as a Project Management Professional or similar certification from a recognized international body or institution is preferred.
  • Advanced training in multiple project management software e.g. Primavera, pert master, claim digger, oracle etc. is preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to effectively manage the project
  • Proven team player skills with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationship.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
