Location - Goregaon, Mumbai (5.5 days - WFO)

About the Role

LenDen Club is looking for experienced sales and service oriented individuals to join the Investment Team for B2C business, Mumbai Office. The candidate will be responsible to build and maintain relationships with existing Investors alongside contributing towards new acquisitions. You will be reporting to the Head - Investment Team and you will have exposure to connect with cross functional teams as well if the need arises.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales of investment products, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets (Added advantage if worked with startups in Alternate Investment Platform).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities & Duties Instructions

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to promote and sell investment products to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor sales team to improve sales performance and achieve targets.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of investment products and services.
  • Connect with Existing Investors for service and make them aware of existing portfolio performance, ongoing offers if any, understanding the potential of Investors for further pitch.
