Job Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Executive for our organisation located at Waghodia GIDC Vadodara, Gujarat -391760
Responsibilities

  • Planning and tracking of logistics, transportation.
  • Developing shipment plans as per product availability.
  • Make sure all incoming supplies are registered and processed in the logistics database as per the SOPs.
  • Making arrangements for the transportation of products.
  • Assigning duties to the staff so that the deliveries can be made efficiently.
  • Preparing and presenting logistics reports to HOD.
  • Preparing E-Way bills of Inward and outward shipments.
  • Follow up with freight forwarder and transporter.
  • Verifying shipping documents & reviewing BOE and Shipping bills checklist.

Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Knowledge of Import and Export documentation
  • Good communication skill
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience required
  • Computer literacy must in MS Office.
