Roles and Responsibilities

1) Responsible for the scheduling and supervision of a Logistics Operations - ensuring timely and accurate customer service.

2) Prioritize logistics activities to meet deadlines with the budgetary approvals

3) Responsible for conducting reoccurring training, i.e. safety guidelines, hazard material, safe driving etc.

4) Know Policies, Procedures and SOP’s for dispatchers / network monitoring specialists and communicate performance expectations and goals

5) Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning information and data received

6) Critical Inward & Outward Logistics at minimum TAT at Optimum Cost

7) Ensure Processing of transactions in defined time limits.

8) Coordinating logistics & day-to-day operational needs with all Cluster.

9) Team Management, engagement, & Productivity at Logistics Level.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 yrs of experience ,Healthcare ,FMCG or Retail Industry experience will be preferred

Experience in liaison related matters ,in-depth knowledge of road transport system & freight working etc.

Local from Kolkata will be preferred
