工作内容
Responsible for the overall Maintenance works of the Plant including the Minor & Major
Overhauling. Coordination with the other departments and contractors for timely completion of the works including the procurement of the spares.
Work closely with the Contractor to complete the maintenance works.
- To develop the Best Maintenance practices of preventive/predictive schedules to
ensure high availability of the Plant.
- Supervision and monitoring of all the package contractors and ensure the
committed deliverables in time.
- To bring down the breakdown of the equipment to ensure the committed
availability of the Plant
- To schedule the jobs to be carried out at the Workshop
- To arrange for the procurement of the spares in time.
Provide support to the Plant Head & the Management on Maintenance works on
day to day basis
- Strategy formulation for further action in the interest of the Company
- Provide leadership to the Maintenance team to ensure the works are completed
ensuring quality of work within the time lines required for the Plant.
- Provide guidance to the team in preparation of the estimates for the Maintenance
related works and procurement of the spares.
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from university of
preferably Power Plants of 500 MW and above.
