Maintenance and Inspection: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, and fire suppression systems. Conduct regular inspections to identify any deficiencies, malfunctions, or areas of improvement.

Compliance and Regulations: Stay up-to-date with relevant fire codes, standards, and regulations to ensure that all fire protection systems and equipment meet the required standards. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry best practices.

Team Management: Supervise a team of fire technicians responsible for maintenance and inspections. Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the team performs their duties effectively and efficiently.

Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance, repairs, or installations. Ensure that vendors meet service level agreements and deliver quality workmanship.

Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs performed on fire protection systems. Generate reports detailing system performance, identified issues, and recommended corrective actions.

Emergency Response: Coordinate with emergency response teams and provide technical support during fire incidents. Assist in the development and implementation of emergency evacuation plans and procedures.

Budget Management: Monitor the fire maintenance budget, track expenses, and make recommendations for cost-effective maintenance practices. Assist in the procurement of necessary equipment, tools, and supplies.

Training and Awareness: Conduct training programs for employees to raise awareness about fire safety protocols, evacuation procedures, and the proper use of fire protection systems. Promote a culture of safety within the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
