Roles and Responsibilities

He /She is responsible for the overall maintenance of the plant and machinery.
Prepare the preventive maintenance schedule for the machines and maintain the maintenance records for each machine.
Maintain the stock of necessary spares for the upkeeping the machine and MHE, Electric crane & trolleys.
Maintain the electrical safety norms and follow the LOTO on every maintenance work.
Follow and implement the Electricity guidelines and norms as per the state policy.
Maintain the pneumatic lines & tools , waterlines, tanks, blowers, STP and stores a sufficient spares for the same.
Maintain the Stock register for spares and consumable
