Roles and Responsibilities

  • Help top management complete daily tasks (e.g., implementing new policies)
  • Participate in company’s strategic planning by liaising with Managers, Supervisors, & other senior staff, & departments.
  • Analyzing, checking and archiving documentation, elaborating reports, updating databases, and positively contributing to the teams.
  • Participate in Operational, Domain and soft-skills development Training programs to develop process and domain knowledge and build/improve skills & competencies
  • Help managers in evaluating performance (e.g., writing reports, analyzing data)
  • Keep track of business revenue & understand customer needs & requirements
  • Research ways to increase profitability & lower risk
  • Participating in meetings, workshops, & other learning opportunities.
  • Learning about conflict resolution & sitting in on disciplinary & grievance hearings.

Desired Candidate Profile

Only Candidates from reputed colleges will be preferred

Looking for management trainee in Hr, Finance & marketing as well.

Strong written, verbal, presentation & interpersonal skills.

A positive attitude & willingness to learn.

Excellent attention to detail & time management skills
