工作内容

General Description:Will be responsible for EHS and legal compliance of total site. Will carry our risk assessment of all activities happening in the plant . Will report daily, monthly and yearly EHS report and building defenses data. Will train the employees on risk assessment, safe practices and motivate them to follow all safety. Will assist all other departments to carry out safety audits and safety observations for all jobs happening inside the factory. Coordinate and communicate with production, maintenance, QA, supply chain, Global EHS personnel to ensure compliance with Global EHS requirements. This position is located at Lote, MIDC.

The EHS manager will be responsible for and have authority to carry out following functions –

Risk Mitigation and compliance :-

  • and conduct Aspect / Hazards Identification and Risk Mitigation, to carry out HAZOP and HOP
  • & Other Compliance - Liaise with MPCB, DISH, CCOE, Electrical Inspector, MSEB, Weights and Measures, Boiler Inspector
  • Action Program
  • handle ETP operations, daily load, parameter analysis and maintaining the exit conditions as per consent
  • management at ETP, ensuring plant is running smooth

System Development & EHS :-

  • & External Communication- Return to legal authorities , reports communication, Maintain legal register
  • and Develop EHS Documentation ( All documentations related to EHS function)
  • Control
  • Preparedness and Response
  • carry out Monitoring and Measurement (legal requirements )
  • do the Evaluation of compliance
  • take actions against Non conformities, corrective and preventive actions
  • carry out audits (Internal & External ,EHS ,Inter-site, Benchmarking ) and compliance thereafter
  • Review (ISO)
  • fulfill all the Corporate Requirement ( Data Collection , reports generation , RIVO)
  • carry out all Other duties as assigned by manager

Training :-

Training Awareness and Competency – Train the people in various aspects of EHS, make training module

Interdepartmental support :-

Co-ordinate with plant & Maintenance department for routine maintenance, preventive maintenance and shutdown maintenance in a planned manner & prioritization.
