About the Role:

Partnering with various functions & leading process optimization & system design discussions

Main Responsibilities:

Optimize SAP utilization to enhance business effectiveness :
 Streamline all business process in SAP working with Central IT
 Configure /customizes the user requirement as per group model /industry best practice
Lead to implement new dimensional SAP module /change request to meet business requirement
 Effective project management to define scope , schedule , budget with central team
 Coordination & collaboration with central and local team for UAT
 Go live support and utilization of system in business process.
Development, Maintenance & Improvements of non-SAP Applications :
 MS Navision for Commercial business process, esp OTC,
 Implement any mandatory, legal changes across applications
 Web applications, HR applications, Integration with Internal & External applications

Effective SAP help desk Management :
 Resolve maximum issues at local level to reduce application maintenance cost
 Pro activeness to ensure business continuity
 User training for effective utilisation
IT Policies & Governance :
 Support KPIs of applications
 IT Policies Implementation
 Audit Functions
Local Vendor management:
 Negotiate to Win-Win Agreement
 Share requirement & priority by specifying the configuration
 Define and monitor SLA


Who we are looking for:

Master’s degree (desirable) – Management, Finance, Accountancy or any relevant with about 8 years of work experience
