工作内容
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for new client acquisition and achieving and exceeding sales
targets and establishing client relationship with new and existing clients.
Identify market opportunities, develop marketing plans and design sales
strategies to generate sales through local ground force by ensuring high
conversion.
Responsible for handling complete sales cycle from lead generation till
conversion of the deal.
Manage, maintain and deepen key client relationships, ensure highest level of
customer satisfaction.
Managing payment collections from assigned clients and help in resolving
their day to day queries/ escalations by co-ordinating with internal teams.
Prepare weekly MIS for client and internal management.
Should travel intra-city/inter-city on monthly basis as per business needs.
Personal Competencies:
Excellent communication skills, conversant knowledge of multiple language
will be an added advantage. Able to communicate in Hindi language.
Ability to work in fast paced, and dynamic work environment that require
constant multi-tasking.
Required excellent networking, relationship building and negotiation skills.
Capable of setting priorities and working under pressure.
Number driven and target oriented.
