Roles and Responsibilities

BE Mechanical ; With 15 years experience in Projects planning and execution as well as negotiations with vendors and contractors.

Factory project works for assigned factories - processing of PRs & negotiation as per defined SOP, approvals for PO, plant & machinery delivery follow-up commissioning and handover.

Support factory project managers for the installation and commissioning of equipment and responsible for service & utilities for assigned factories.

.Support factory project managers for project planning and monitoring and reporting for all projects related to assigned factories.

Co-ordination with consultant, contractors & vendors for completion of project within time, cost & with right quality.

Capex monitoring & reporting - Making the baseline project schedule and reporting status against schedule and cost status against budget at required frequency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • B.E in Mechanical and MBA preferably from a premier Institute.
  • 15+ years experience in Projects budgeting, scheduling and execution as well as technical evaluation & negotiations with vendors and contractors.
  • Visioning future, Strategic thinker & Analytical ability
  • Strong business Acumen and dealing with ambiguity
  • High level of written and oral communication and inter personal skills.
  • Leadership skills and People Management.

Good time management, planning and Organizing & Negotiation skills
