Position - Manager- Sourcing

Experience - 10-20 yrs.

Qualifications - BE in Electrical and Electronics

Job Description-

1_.Sourcing experience in industries such as Electrical Equipment, Electronics, Industrial Automation, Semiconductor.2._ Developing the sourcing strategy (Local & Import) and conduct sourcing operation analysis, analysing/identifying critical sourcing commodities/parts, spending, vendor business allocation and market supply situation with related internal and external inputs. 3 Lead sourcing team to achieve organizational goals and overall performance of material and services productivities. 4.Hands on experience on working on New product development sourcing activities. 5.Managing the supplier relationship on an ongoing basis including holding the supplier to quality and compliance requirements. 6.To keep a track of the global supply chain for all the raw materials being used in the multiple projects. 7.Ensuring Supplier Performance in on time delivery, Supplier capacity 8.Partnering closely with cross functional teams including the sales, business development, SCM, legal, tax, product engineering, trade compliance, finance, transportation, and global suppliers to deliver on revenue targets and customer satisfaction. 9.Participate in all project reviews and meetings related to sourcing, pricing, and supplier management issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
