Analysis of company and division wise SCM KPIs and other performance metrics.
Highlight business insights and clear key issues to management
Generate and lead new supply chain improvement initiatives across the Organization and lead their implementation by influencing and collaborating with the respective teams and other stakeholders
Enhance and refine the operating and business metrics set around key processes; drive the development of transparency in the company
Achieve the above through the project management and coordination of improvement activities, coordinating between technology teams, logistics, customer services and in-country retail teams.
