  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders at various levels and in different locales to drive alignment
  • Experience with CRM tools and systems that can be leveraged to drive customer engagement - including but not limited to Adobe, Salesforce, Unica, Marketo, Exact Target, Braze, etc.
Are you interested in building a new, emerging business in logistics and supply chain? At Amazon Freight, we are externalizing our line haul services for businesses to cater to both inbound volumes to Amazon Fulfilment Centers and off-Amazon volumes. The incumbent will directly work on building the brand as well as driving demand. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Marketing Manager who is a hands-on problem solver with exposure to performance or B2B marketing and branding.
We are looking for a candidate who will help us build the brand by creating and executing campaigns for brand advertising, demand generation and nurturing and enrichment of the top-of-the-sales funnel.

You are the ideal candidate if:
  • You have a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies and tactics in B2B context
  • You have demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • You are able to extract actionable insights from internal and external data
  • You are able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise and structured manner - particularly in written form
  • You are a self-starter, and can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often highly ambiguous environment

Key job responsibilities
1. Create and implement integrated marketing growth campaigns end-to-end to drive growth, including channels like field and event marketing, strategic partnerships and other organic and inorganic channels, backwards of the business goals
2. Create a comprehensive brand strategy to reach relevant target group
3. Oversee the creation of compelling content tailored to different stages of the customer’s journey.
4. Establish and key performance metrices for all marketing initiatives and regularly track, analyze and report campaign performances
5. Champion customer obsession for shippers through first-hand findings and industry research.

Amazon Freight is an entrepreneurial business where we externalise Amazon line haul services to cater to vendor inbound volumes in our FCs and off-Amazon volume within shipper warehouses in India. We aim to scale to become a trusted, innovative and established line haul service partner in India, built on Amazon’s world-class logistics network, delivery experience and customer service. We partner with retailers of all sizes to simplify their operations, lower their cost, and unlock more sales.
