About Company:

A German Based health care company, It provides products and services for dialysis, in hospitals and inpatient and outpatient medical care. It is involved in hospital management and in engineering and services for medical centers and other health care facilities.


Position -Manager / Sr. Manager - Medical Affairs

Location - Pune

Qualification - MD with experience of medico marketing and clinical research.

CTC -Open for a right fitment

Job Purpose

  • Provide scientific support to marketing, sales and to the customers.
  • Manage Clinical Research operations and Improve Productivity.
  • Understand scientific needs of the market and manage the function of medico marketing
  • Ensure medical standards are met whilst maximizing sales potentials.

Main Accountabilities

  • Provide medical inputs to sales teams and marketing teams and enrich them with scientific basics & the rationale behind the products.
  • Developing and updating medical training manuals for all the sales teams.
  • Assess the effectiveness and plan for re-training, periodic trainings for sales and PMT.
  • Interact with key opinion leaders & support in developing scientific strategy for KOL engagement.
  • Providing updated information and evidences in the therapy segment supporting respective brands.
  • Furnishing technical data for product management and monitoring promotion
  • Conducting medical Symposia, seminars, CMEs, new product launches medical updates in cycle meetings.
  • Answering medical queries with complete scientific back-up to clinicians, sales teams and PMT.
  • Developing strong networking with KOL on advisory, advocacy and communication platforms.
