Role:Medical Sales Representative

Position Summary: You will be responsible for driving business growth in assigned territory, maintaining effective customer relations, mapping territory potential, and collaborating with area stakeholders.

Reporting to:Area Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Arranging appointments with veterinary practitioners, which will include pre-arranged appointments and regular calling.
  • Making presentations to veterinarians, specialists, etc. about the products and explaining the benefits gained by using them.
  • Ensuring proper distribution of samples and promotional scientific materials to selected doctors.
  • Preparing and updating contact lists and enlisting new doctors, hospitals and clinics as per business requirement.
  • Meeting retail chemists and pet store owners to make sure that the company’s products are easily available
  • Booking orders with retailers/distributors to ensure adequate availability to meet the market demand.
  • Developing strategies to increase customer base and improve monthly sales
  • Ensuring successful launch of new products and executing marketing campaigns from time to time for listed HCPs in prescribed territory
  • Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target of your territory.
  • Achieving daily call average for meetings with doctors and chemists and maintaining DCR.
  • Ensuring on time payment collection and maintenance of sales and stock data from stockists.
  • Studying and reporting market trends

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Chandigarh

Salary: Starting ₹20,000.00 per month base + Sales commission

Attributes:

  • Presentable, good communication skills, positive attitude, decision maker, problem solver.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any stream, B.Pharma/B.Sc preferred.

Languages:

  • English, Hindi, Punjabi

Experience (must):

  • Minimum experience of 1 years of Pharmaceutical sales with validated performance and track record.

Other Requirements:

  • Must have a smartphone, a valid driver’s licence and own vehicle for local travel.
  • Must be willing to travel out of station on a regular basis.
