Job Description:

Oversee timely delivery of goods from suppliers

  • Managing and collating the Monday trade pack
  • Maintain and manage the WSSI
  • Producing analysis to determine replenishment strategy
  • Ensure accuracy of delivery dates on POs
  • Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
  • Help to maximise commercial opportunities through effective inventory management and forecasting of sales and stock levels
  • Update internal databases with order details, including dates, vendors, and quantities
  • Maintain comprehensive records of contracts, discounts and costs
