Roles & Responsibilities

• Part of the core team at AbleCold - actively contributing to shaping the direction of the company.
• Leading the team of Warehouse Managers / Executives across all 18 cities.
• Responsible for making the P&L for the Warehouse function
• Drive continuous process improvements at the warehouse to improve reliability and sustainability of warehouse operations.
• Drive end to end optimal warehouse performance to meet business objectives
• Handling manpower across all 18 cities for all the warehouses and responsible for hiring and training
• Maintain relations with all the warehouse partners
• Ensure overall effective warehousing controls are put in place to ensure Stock control and OTIFAT (on time, in full, at right temperature) is achieved.

Required skills/experience:

• 5 - 15 years of experience in Warehousing and Operations
• High energy with a zeal to build business from scratch with a high sense of ownership
• Prior logistics / warehousing experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong balance of planning and hustling
• Should be willing to roll up sleeve and work himself/herself if needed.
• Previous start-up experience (preferred)
• Demonstrated influencing capability across a multi-site and multi-functional business
• Candidates should be open to work from the warehouse.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,440.58 per month
