JOB DESCRIPTION

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The candidate should have 3 years of experience as Network Administrator., he will be responsible for the overall Systems and Network support in terms of installing, maintaining, configuring, tuning, consolidating applications, developing system administration scripts, planning version release upgrades and patches, security administration and leading in the development of processes and policies surrounding server administration.
  • Specialization: CCNP, CCIE, Cisco, Cyberoam, Firewall, Router, VPN, UTM, Network Security.
  • Should be well versed with Router , Switches , Firewall & Network Devices.
  • The candidate must be an excellent team member, should be unafraid to assume ownership and be willing to exchange knowledge with the rest of the team.
  • Supporting LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.
  • Follow up tickets and comply to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Other areas of responsibility are LAN support, break/fix, software/hardware upgrades, patch management, Anti-Virus management, image management, application installs, user support and training, etc
