MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key tasks

Pre-Sales Support

  • Take ownership and support Regional Solutions team in bid preparations and related activities by providing quality response for RFx / Solution within given timelines.
  • Individual contributor and ability to guide colleagues to provide bid deliverables (e.g. SoC, risk log, project, assumptions, SOR, acceptance, etc.)
  • Thoroughly understand the RFx requirements and initiate timely clarifications and thus responses for area under focus.
  • Analyze and document assumptions and risks, perform Quantitative risk analysis, Plan mitigation and calculate residual risk cost.
  • Knowledge sharing and ensuring up-to-date document repository.
  • Maintain contact with Service Solution Lead and other support functions so that customer queries are effectively and timely answered
  • Support the creation and maintenance of cost benchmarking database.
  • Contributes in promoting NETWORK PLANNING & OPTIMIZATION services to the wider Nokia community

Processes and Tools

  • Implementation and usage of internal & global tools and processes in markets. Share lessons learned and best practices for development and updating the tools.
  • Cost management for NETWORK PLANNING & OPTIMIZATION services in all sales phases according to bid guidelines.

Quality and Innovation Management

  • Support Global teams in updating and developing services portfolio and cost management tools.
  • Supports cost management audits and assessments in markets

Requirements:

Competencies:

  • Good Knowledge of Radio Access technologies, 2G, 3G, LTE & 5G from Network Planning and Optimization.
  • Experience in project deployment/field experience would be an added advantage

Education background:

  • B. E/ B Tech/ Masters in Electronics/Communication/Electrical/Telecom
  • Experience of 8 -12 years actively involved in NETWORK PLANNING & OPTIMIZATION Presales/Delivery activities for Telcos
