6. Qualification : B.Tech/ M.Tech in Biotechnology, M.Sc in Microbiology/ Biotechnology

7. Experience :2 to 5 years

Job Description:

1) Providing complete application and technical support to the existing installation base of devices in the defined territory

2) Defining and implementing strategies for launching a new product across the existing installation base and increasing the market share of the existing products.

3) Helping the sales team with new product launches, CMEs, campaigns, programs, and communicating with the product management team for marketing initiatives.

4) Working cohesively with the channel partners to provide timely application support and demonstrations for prospective clients.

5) Conducting timely training for colleagues and channels to improve field efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction

6) Effective management and monitoring of consumption or utilization of products across the existing installation base

7) Conducting product validation studies as per NABL guidelines at the customer site

8) Supporting customers for NABL accreditation process

9) Interacting with all application team mates to remain updated with the latest developments

10) Handling other job-related responsibilities and tasks that are assigned by his/her superiors.
