Manager M/C Shop Production


Work location : Satara

Experience

Min 12 years of experience in Machining of CI / Aluminium Castings and engine parts.

Roles , Responsibilities and Authorities :

1Executing production as per the production plan.

2Reporting the performance of production activities to the Manager and DGM M/C Shop Prod.

3Monitoring the production process as per the Control Plan & Work Instructions etc.

4Planning and monitoring the functions of the supervisors.

5Preparation of third level documents like Work Instructions, Control Plans, flow charts etc.

6Taking corrective and preventive action for Product, Process & System non-conformances.

7Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system & provide solutions through section heads & verify the implementation of solutions.

8Controlling and monitoring Tooling Management and casting tools usage.

9Ensuring 5 S, safety and EOHS in the machine shop.

10Responsible for implementing Corrective and Preventive actions.

11To follow up the operational control/ work instructions

12Store all documents as per storage & retrieval requirement.

13To control shelf life items.

14Responsible to aware about emergency control system, Hazardous waste monitoring system on Shop floor.
15Ensure proper storage and handling practices.
