We have an immediate requirement for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud_Core HR

Please find the below Job description:

Strong Functional/Process Knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud:

Must have relevant experience between 4 - 10 years
Should have a total of atleast 5 years IT experience with a minimum of 3 years relevant
experience on the Oracle HCM Functional side
Experience in data loading using HCM Data Loader
Should be well versed in configuring security - both functional access as well as data
access.
Must have completed 2-3 implementation in above mentioned skill
Any experience on integration between Oracle HCM Cloud and other applications
using Webservices would be an added advantage
Ability to handle Customer Discussions on the Process
Should have worked on atleast couple of HCM Modules. Should be familiar with the
underlying tables used in these modules
Good Solution definition skills.
Excellent knowledge of above mentioned skill is must.
Good understanding of IT delivery methodologies.
Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and
deployment
Good Analytical and Communication skills
Strong ability to take bottom-line responsibility
