Your day in the role will include...

• Responsible for solutioning new SAP Hybris opportunities, managing the delivery of large consulting engagements, and contributing to the capability development of the SAP Hybris practice.
• Should able to drive the project including from sales and service Process as well.
• Configure the C4C (Cloud for Customer)application with Hands on experience (functional consultants)

You will come with...

• Knowledge and experience in implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.
• Experience in working with teams to prioritize work and drive system solutions by clearly articulating business needs
• Experience in Customizing of C4C solution in Sales, Service, Marketing, Social and integration with on premise ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM(Customer Relationship Management), BW(Business Warehouse) etc.
• Experience in Integration of 3rd party applications like Groupware ( Lotus Notes, Outlook ), SAP Jam, Snap Engage MindTouch etc.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 8 of Hyrbis C4C experience with deep knowledge in Sales, CRM and POS business processes.
• At least 1 full life cycle project implementation experience
• Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support
• Should be able to create requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of Processes
• Experience in Integration of 3rd party applications like Groupware ( Lotus Notes, Outlook ), SAP Jam, Snap Engage MindTouch etc.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Should have knowledge on Hybris ecommerce modules such as

• Cart
• Personalization.
• Catalog.
• Promotions.
• Checkout
• Order management.
• Customer service.
