SparesHub provides parts from 80+ brands for all car models in India ranging from Maruti Suzuki to Mercedes Benz under one roof. Job Description


The candidate will be responsible for working towards all aspects of purchase and supply chain operations that will include:

  • Coordination for buying and sourcing car parts from suppliers/vendors across India
  • Empanel vendors post interviewing them to determine product availability and terms of sales.
  • Finding the right suppliers for various part categories and building long term relations with them.
  • Liaises with suppliers/ sales in order to analyze and clarify service delivery requirements.
  • Maintaining the inventory level of parts at all times as per the desired volume.
  • Focus on continuous improvement to achieve service, efficiency and profitability of supply chain function.
  • Develop operational efficiency in support of the company’s future growth.
  • Handling queries, issues, complaints related to part sales and providing support as per procedure.
  • Co-ordinate with the Warehouse /Operations team for order flow.

Required Candidate profile

  • Preferred Education Background Automobile/Mechanical Engineer
  • Strong technical knowledge of parts/ car variants.
  • Detail oriented and output-driven.
  • Proactive service delivery attitude willingness to stretch and do whatever is required with a hands-on can-do approach.
  • Highly passionate, motivated and dynamic individual willing to work in an independent high-growth environment.
