工作内容

We are hiring IP professionals (Patent Analyst/Senior Research Analyst/T.L) in operation department for our Navi Mumbai office.

Job Description:-


1. Conduct searches on patentability, validity, freedom-to-operate and infringement, EoU, Claim mapping.
2. Formulation and validation of approach in lending support to R&D teams of clients.
3. Candidate Should have done substantial amount of infringement search experience.
4. Experience on conducting Reverse Engineering, Source code review.
5. Familiar with or have worked on Wireless technology, 3gpp standard and other high tech area.


Competencies and Skilled Required:-

a. In depth knowledge of technicalities related to Patentability/Invalidation/FTO searches/Infringement.
b. Good knowledge of Infringement search in telecommunication filed.
c. In-depth knowledge of Specialized Prior Art Searching Databases (like Derwent Innovation, Orbit, Thomson Innovation etc.)
d. Expertise in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and other report creation tools.
e. Good experience of various IP Analytics Tools.
f. The candidate should have good oral and written communication skill.
