Job title: 1. Role: Junior Retoucher 2. Level : L1 3. Reporting manager : Creative Head 4. Function : Image processing 5. Location : Coimbatore 6. Job Timings : 10 AM to 6 PM ( Sunday Holiday ) 3. Work schedule and activities: 1. The day starts with training for two hours in retouching concepts and review of the past assignments by the reporting manager 2. Each candidate will be given a series of assignments based on his/her level of proficiency attained in the training 3. The candidate must try to complete the assignments using the training given and also with the assistance of video & text modules 4. The candidate will be given periodic as Job title: 1. The following candidates can apply for the role: 1. Any Diploma holders 2. Bachelors or Masters degree holders in any stream preferably arts domain Candidates with interest and skill in visual arts like painting, pencil shading will be given preference. Genuine interest in photography, art and Adobe Photoshop is a must. Previous experiences or training in Photoshop is a bonus but we are looking for candidates who want to pursue a career in this field. We are looking for candidates who will stick with us for long-term and we are definitely not looking for short- term employment

Growth levels: 1. Senior Retoucher – L2 2. Lead Retoucher – L3 3. Account Manager - L4 4. Category Manager – L5 5. Vertical Head – L6
