Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Planning Manager at ALLROUND FACILITIES PRIVATE LIMITED in Bhopal. The Planning Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project planning, coordinating with various teams, monitoring project progress, creating and maintaining project schedules, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering - CIVIL/MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL (5-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HOSPITALITY)
  • Experience in project planning and management
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
