This is for a 60-year-old organization, they are a leading and fast-growing paper packaging company, a place where grounded and talented people converge to bring innovative packaging solutions to global brand leaders across industries. We are one of the top producers of carton packaging and the industry leader. We are hiring for the position of Manager-Finance to be based out of our Punjab unit at Rajpura.

Position: Plant Finance Manager

Exp: 11+ yrs.

Location: Rajpura, Punjab (work from office)

Qualification: CA or ICWA

Job Description:

Overall responsibility for delivering Financial, Cost and Compliance controls at the unit as well as working with the unit team to achieve all KPI’s of the unit.

Ø Responsibility for correctness of Unit Financials and reporting of unit P&L

Ø Ensure Proper Internal Control system is implemented & followed at the unit. Responsible for internal audit of the unit.

Ø Responsible for month / year end closing activity and reporting

Ø Responsible for statutory compliances with respect to GST and all statues. Liaison with the various govt. authorities.

Ø Preparation and monitoring of Unit Budget. Product Costing validation and efficiency reporting

Ø Manage local procurements

Ø Responsible for custody and control of Fixed Assets

Ø Controlling unit overheads. To track unit performances on a regular basis and drive attention to key performance indicator driving cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives at the unit

Ø Inventory control / management
