To provide professional leadership for the school, which secures sustainability, success and continuous improvement in learning and teaching; ensuring a high quality education and school experience for all learners.
Establish the education strategy for the school.
Systemically implement long term plans in order to accomplish this within fixed timelines.
Preparation of Monthly school budget.
Ensure school have optimal staff to deliver the business objective.
Improve the school standard.
Responsible for student intake and admission procedures.
To assist authorities in Curriculum development.
Responsible to implement Quality Curriculum, Performance Assessment tracking - Teacher and Student.
Effective use of resource for high standard educational deliveries.
School self evaluation (SSE) & School Improvement Plan (SIP) of the school.
Staff Training Programme.
Assist to establish education and administration procedures to achieve the business objectives.
Implementation of SOP s identified by the corporate office.
Ensure high quality performance measurement for each school student in order to raise the standard of academic achievement, and improve the quality of teaching and learning.
Recruitment is one of the major responsibilities. Participation in the selection and appointment of high calibre professionals to improve the performance of the school.
Training: Evaluate the training need for school staff.
Involved in the Teacher Training programmes on regular basis.
Organise a Induction programme with the help of state HR Manager.
Maintain a friendly environment in a school for higher deliveries. Ensuring the maintenance of good order and discipline at all times among staff and between teacher & student.
Grievance handling at school level with the assistance of HR manager.
